The success or failure of an event depends on the Event Manager. Develop the project management skills and industry knowledge to ensure that every event you manage is a success.

This degree is aimed at professionals already working in the events industry and wanting to formalise their experience. Equally, it's for those aspiring to enter the events industry as well as recent school leavers who've a passion for events. It offers advanced event management skills and expertise needed to secure an event management role faster.

It focuses on events as a key driver in engaging consumers and clients. A challenging course, it teaches emerging event management professionals key concepts of event management, and offers valuable practical experience through industry internships. It is structured to reflect the challenges of the Event Manager role and an up-to-date perspective of the current and future demands of the events industry.

On any given day Event Managers will create themes, meet clients, negotiate costs and brainstorm projects to plan, manage and execute events that are delivered successfully, on time and within budget. They will be results-driven and detail-orientated with the decision-making, communication and time management skills to manage and prioritise many tasks all at the same time.
