Overview:
This programme enables you to develop your Spanish language skills whilst undertaking professional training experience in a Spanish company or an international company based in Spain. The programme is based in Pamplona, in the north of Spain, in the region of Navarra.
About the Location:
Pamplona has around 200,000 inhabitants. The city is one of Europe’s greenest, with plenty of area dedicated to parks and gardens. It is a popular student town, with some excellent institutions in the city centre. Economically, Pamplona is becoming a venue for many scientific, technical, business, health and cultural conferences which reflect the economic development and growth in the area.
Programme Details:
The internship programme consists of the following:
- 4 weeks Spanish Language tuition + 8 weeks internship
Language Tuition
The 4 week language course will consist of 24 classes per week (each class lasts for 55 minutes and the maximum class size is 8 students).
Internship Placement
You will be matched to a relevant company and the placement set up prior to your internship course starting. Placements are available in the following areas: Engineering (Automotive), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Marketing and Business. (Other areas might be available on request). All internship positions are unpaid.
Programme Fees
The Programme Fees are: £995
Fees include:
Registration fee, 4 weeks general Spanish language tuition, internship placement, internship monitoring & evaluation, on site support and an accommodation placement fee.
Fees exclude:
Accommodation costs, airport transfer (this can be arranged for a small additional charge, flights to/from Spain, visa costs (if applicable), travel and medical insurance, food and personal spending.
Accommodation
We have the following accommodation options available:
- Homestay (live with a Spanish family with a private room and half-board during the weekdays and full-board at the weekends). From £100 per week
- Self catered flat share. From ВЈ60 per week
Entry Requirements
- Participants must be at an intermediate level of Spanish or above
- To have completed at least one year of University study
- To be over 18 years old
