Overview of the location

Our Sydney Colleges are located in leafy North Sydney, a lively and sophisticated business district just a few minutes from central Sydney across the famous Harbour Bridge.

North Sydney train station is only a short walk from our campus and, with a vast array of eateries and shops nearby, everything you need is right at hand.

If you are new to Sydney, you can expect a warm welcome. Sydney is a safe, friendly and tolerant city to which immigrants from more than two hundred countries have come in the last fifty years to live and call home. It's a city of pristine beaches and pavement cafés with possibly the most varied cuisine in the world. It's a beautiful and exciting city that stretches from the South Pacific Ocean in the east to the Blue Mountains in the west, offering you a wealth of opportunities to explore and enjoy.

Institutional facilities

The college is located on three levels of the Northpoint building in the heart of North Sydney's CBD. Visitors often comment on the vibrant, dynamic feel of our campus and the modern facilities on offer. Our students love it here!

The Learning Resource Centre is located on Level 9, adjacent to the William Blue Dining. It is open from Monday through to Friday from 8:00am to 9:00pm and from 10:00am to 4:pm on Saturdays.

Access to the computer facilities is available in the Resource Centre, including access to the Internet and this service is free to all students. We have a G/N wireless network available on all three levels of the College enabling students to use their own laptops to access the Internet and the College server.

Our auditorium is one of the largest in North Sydney. It is designed to seat 200 people with breakout and foyer areas and features cutting-edge audio-visual equipment. We regularly hold industry presentations here and it is also used for larger lectures.

Students have the opportunity to mix and mingle with students of the other Billy Blue colleges in the shared student lounge area where you'll find kitchen facilities and music. Additionally, each college offers their own lounge areas for students to either interact or simply work away from the classroom.

William Blue Dining

This student-run commercial 70-seat restaurant is fully licensed and provides the training venue for our William Blue hospitality students. The Restaurant is a very popular North Sydney venue and our students can eat there with a 25% discount.
